Magnus Theatre is the only professional theatre between Winnipeg and Barrie. We offer students the unique opportunity to learn about theatre in a welcoming and supportive space, guided by trained and experienced theatre professionals. Young Company gives participants a glimpse into the world of professional stage acting - from the audition process to the rehearsal hall and then performing for live audiences on Magnus Theatre stages. Supported by Magnus’ team of professional instructors, designers & technicians, the company will develop their theatre skills and then demonstrate what they’ve learned through participation in two full-length productions throughout the year.

We at Magnus Theatre believe cost should be no barrier to quality arts education. That's why we allow you to split the cost of Young Company over the year, or come up with a bespoke payment plan that fits your budget.
