Magnus Theatre is situated in Waverley Park at the head of the Waterfront Entertainment District. The theatre address is 10 Algoma St. S.

The Magnus Theatre parking lot is located next to the theatre and accessible via Waverley Street. Spaces are limited, but there are also several other nearby parking options. Check out the Plan Your Visit page for more info!
Patrons of all ages are welcome to purchase a ticket to a Magnus Theatre production. Unfortunately, babes in arms are not permitted in the auditorium as each patron is required to have their own ticket and sit in their own seat. If you have questions about the suitability of the content of a production for your child, please contact the Magnus Theatre box office for more information.
Photography is prohibited in the auditorium. You can find photos and videos of the productions on Magnus Theatre’s website, Facebook, and Instagram pages. Photos are available for use with permission, upon request.
Please remember to turn off all mobile devices once you’re seated so as not to disturb anyone during the performance.
Please also keep in mind that Magnus Theatre strives to be a scent-free space. We ask that you please avoid using perfumes, colognes, or other scented products prior to the show to help create a more comfortable environment for patrons with allergies or sensitivities.
Please avoid talking during the performance. Sound in the auditorium carries louder than it may seem.
Please refrain from eating or unwrapping cady or other food in the auditorium as it causes distractions for your fellow patrons.
Please note that some productions may feature theatrical devices such as water-based stage fog, strobe lightning, and mature content or language. Please contact the Magnus Theatre box office for more information.
If you arrive late for a performance, or have to leave to use the washroom or for other reasons, Magnus Theatre ushers will find you at seat in an area of the auditorium reserved for late comers. Please note that this may not be your ticketed seat.
The runtime of each production varies, but it is generally around 90 minutes. Information about runtimes and intermissions for each production can be found on the show page, as well as in the show program.
Currently, Magnus Theatre is selling single tickets for the 2021/2022 Mainstage season. Any updates will be reflected on the website, but you can also follow Magnus Theatre on Facebook and subscribe to our newsletter for the latest promotions and events [LINK NEEDED].
Tickets will be released ahead of each production’s run and dates will be announced on Magnus Theatre’s Facebook page, website, and newsletter.

You can purchase tickets online through our website, by phoning the box office, or by visiting the box office in person. Please note that you must create a patron account to purchase tickets online. This process only takes a few minutes to complete but is important to ensuring your booking and contact information is complete and up to date in our system.
Tickets purchased online will be emailed to you shortly after purchase. You will also receive a reminder email several days before your scheduled performance.
